Yes but you will be limited in the type of donations you can receive Primary
Donations and one-time donations.
However, once you join The Cooperative as an Active Donor you can receive all
forms of donations.
You will also receive Bonus Donations generated by personals that may have
registered into the Active Cooperative before you.
